By clicking on the links provided, this Site provides you with the ability to connect with Third-Party Affiliates in order to receive more information about their products and services as well as the ability to purchase them.
  2. This Privacy Policy. This privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) is provided by Company and applies to personal information we collect in connection with this Site. We and Third-Party Affiliates use your personal information for our business purposes, such as to process transactions you request, protect against fraud, or to respond to court orders or legal investigations, for our marketing purposes in order to offer products and services to you, for joint marketing with Third-Party Affiliates, to process the transaction that you are requesting, for us and Third-Party Affiliates to market to you, and otherwise to generate revenues for our business. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following is a list of some of the ways we use, process, and share your personal information:
    1. to provide, manage, maintain, support, and improve this Site and the websites of Third-Party Affiliates, including the content thereof and the products and services offered to you;

  12. Consent to Credit Checks. You acknowledge and agree that, in order for us or third parties to process your application or any transactions requested by you in connection with this Site, we or third parties may need to conduct a credit check on you to verify your credit score. By providing us with your personal information, you provide your consent and agreement to any and all such credit checks.
  13. Aggregated Data. Once you leave this Site or are redirected to a third-party website, you and your personal information are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy.   21. Third Party Affiliates. Company or this Site may transfer your personal information to Third-Party Affiliates to support this Site and administer or provide related products, services, or information to you.   24. Governing Law.
